Smith Kneeling Rear Kick Instructions

  1. Set the smith machine bar low and load with light weight.
  2. Kneel on all fours under the bar.
  3. Position the bar across the back of one foot near the heel.
  4. Hold the foot flexed to keep the bar in place.
  5. Brace your core and keep your back flat.
  6. Drive the foot up and back to lift the bar.
  7. Squeeze the glute hard at the top of the kick.
  8. Lower with control. Complete reps and switch legs.
