TRX Forward Lunge Rear Fly Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip the handles with both hands at chest height.
  3. Stand facing the anchor with feet together.
  4. Step one foot forward into a lunge.
  5. Lower the back knee toward the floor.
  6. At the bottom of the lunge pull the handles wide in a rear fly.
  7. Push back to start while bringing the handles together.
  8. Alternate legs each rep.
