  1. Anchor a resistance band high to a sturdy point.
  2. Kneel on a pad with the feet locked under a sturdy support.
  3. Grip the band with both hands at chest height.
  4. Brace your core and keep the body in a straight line.
  5. Lower the body forward by extending the knees.
  6. Control the descent using the hamstrings.
  7. At the bottom catch with the hands on the floor.
  8. Use the band assistance to pull back up to vertical.
