Description

The suspender mountain climber push up combines a TRX push up with mountain climbers. The lifter places the feet in TRX cradles and performs a push up, then drives the knees in alternating mountain climbers. The combo trains the chest, core, and cardio.

Suspender Mountain Climber Push Up Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
  2. Place both feet in the cradles facing down.
  3. Set the hands on the floor in a high plank position.
  4. Brace your core and keep the body in a straight line.
  5. Perform a push up lowering and pressing back up.
  6. At the top drive one knee toward the chest.
  7. Switch and drive the other knee toward the chest.
  8. Continue alternating mountain climbers then another push up.
