Description

- Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
- Place both feet in the cradles facing down.
- Set the hands on the floor in a high plank position.
- Brace your core and keep the body in a straight line.
- Perform a push up lowering and pressing back up.
- At the top drive one knee toward the chest.
- Switch and drive the other knee toward the chest.
- Continue alternating mountain climbers then another push up.
