Description
The lying alternate frog kick is a core drill done lying on the back. The mover alternates pulling each heel in toward the glutes in a frog kick motion. It builds the lower abs and trains hip flexor control.

Lying Alt Frog Kick Instructions
- Lie on the back with the legs straight.
- Place the hands at the sides palms down.
- Brace your core and lift the legs slightly off the floor.
- Bend one knee and pull the heel toward the glute.
- Extend the leg back out straight.
- Repeat with the other leg in alternating fashion.
- Keep both feet off the floor throughout.
- Continue alternating sides.
