- Set the suspension trainer at hip height.
- Place the feet in the straps with the soles up.
- Set up in a high plank with hands under the shoulders.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to feet.
- Brace your core and keep the back flat.
- Pike the hips up toward the ceiling.
- Keep the legs straight throughout.
- Lower with control to the start.
