  1. Set the suspension trainer at hip height.
  2. Place the feet in the straps with the soles up.
  3. Set up in a high plank with hands under the shoulders.
  4. Set the body in a straight line from head to feet.
  5. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  6. Pike the hips up toward the ceiling.
  7. Keep the legs straight throughout.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
