Band Lying Leg Raise
Description
The band lying leg raise loops a resistance band around the feet (anchored behind your head or on a low post) and performs a lying leg raise against band tension. The band overloads the lower abs and hip flexors. It is an upgrade over standard leg raises for abs hypertrophy.
