Description
The kneeling leg half circle is a hip mobility drill done on all fours. The mover lifts one leg and sweeps it in a half circle pattern from front to back. It is a useful warm-up drill for hip mobility.

Kneeling Leg Half Circle Instructions
- Set up on hands and knees in a quadruped position.
- Place the hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips.
- Brace your core and keep the back flat.
- Lift one leg straight back behind you.
- Sweep the leg in a half circle out to the side.
- Continue the sweep to the front of the body.
- Reverse the path back to the start.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
