  1. Lie on the back with the legs extended.

  4. Lift the legs straight up to vertical.
  5. Curl the hips off the floor and angle them to one side.
  6. Drive the hips diagonally toward one shoulder.
  7. Squeeze the obliques hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control and alternate sides each rep.
