Dumbbell Side Bridge with Bent Leg Instructions

  1. Lie on your side with the legs straight and stacked.
  2. Bend the bottom forearm under the shoulder and the top knee up.
  3. Hold a dumbbell in the top hand at the hip.
  4. Brace your core and lift the hips up into a side bridge.
  5. Set the top knee bent up toward the chest with the foot off the floor.
  6. Hold the side bridge with the dumbbell at the hip.
  7. Keep the body in a straight line from head to bottom foot.
  8. Hold the position. Switch sides and repeat.
