Marching On Spot Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Brace your core lightly.
  3. Lift one knee up toward your hip.
  4. Swing the opposite arm forward in coordination.
  5. Lower the leg back down to the floor.
  6. Lift the other knee up while swinging the opposite arm.
  7. Continue marching in place with a steady rhythm.
  8. Keep the chest up and back tall throughout.
