Description
The standing low body rotation is a trunk mobility drill that rotates the lower body while keeping the upper body still. The mover keeps the chest forward and twists the hips. It is useful for spinal and hip mobility.

Standing Low Body Rotation Instructions
- Stand with the feet shoulder width apart.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Cross the arms over the chest.
- Keep the shoulders facing forward.
- Rotate the hips and pelvis to one side.
- Pivot on the back foot as needed.
- Return through center to the other side.
- Continue alternating sides.
