DB Half Kneeling Lift and Chop Instructions

  1. Kneel in a half kneeling position with one knee down.
  2. Hold a dumbbell with both hands at the down knee side.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Lift the dumbbell diagonally up and across the body.
  5. Finish with the dumbbell overhead on the opposite side.
  6. Reverse the path back down to the starting position.
  7. Keep the hips square throughout.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
