Equipment Required
DB Half Kneeling Lift and Chop Instructions
- Kneel in a half kneeling position with one knee down.
- Hold a dumbbell with both hands at the down knee side.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Lift the dumbbell diagonally up and across the body.
- Finish with the dumbbell overhead on the opposite side.
- Reverse the path back down to the starting position.
- Keep the hips square throughout.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
