  1. Stand with the feet wide and toes turned out.
  2. Lower into a deep sumo squat keeping the chest tall.
  3. Rest the elbows on the inside of the knees.
  4. Brace the core and place the right hand on the floor in front.
  5. Reach the left hand up toward the ceiling.
  6. Rotate the torso to the left following the hand.
  7. Open the chest and feel the stretch through the obliques.
  8. Hold the stretch for the desired duration.
