- Lower into a deep sumo squat keeping the chest tall.

- Brace the core and place the right hand on the floor in front.
- Reach the left hand up toward the ceiling.
- Rotate the torso to the left following the hand.
- Open the chest and feel the stretch through the obliques.
- Hold the stretch for the desired duration.
