  1. Sit on the floor and lean back slightly to form a V with the body.
  2. Extend your legs straight out and lift them off the floor.
  3. Hold a dumbbell with both hands at chest level.
  4. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  5. Twist the torso to bring the dumbbell to one side.
  6. Tap the dumbbell to the floor next to your hip.
  7. Twist back through center to the other side.
  8. Keep legs straight and lifted throughout the set.
