- Kneel on the floor with knees hip-width apart.
- Set your toes flat and the tops of your feet down.
- Place your hands on your lower back for support.
- Press your hips forward as you arch the upper back.
- Reach one hand back to grab the same-side heel.
- Reach the other hand back to grab the other heel.
- Press the chest up and let the head fall back.
- Hold the pose and breathe deeply then come back up slowly.
