- Stand tall with feet at hip-width and a clear path ahead.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Take a step forward with your right foot.
- As you plant the foot, rise onto the ball of the foot.
- Push off through the toes and bring the back foot through.
- Plant the left foot and rise onto the ball of that foot.
- Continue walking forward with a high toe raise on every step.
- Keep the rhythm smooth and the cadence steady.
