Bent Arm Chest Stretch Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
  2. Bend your elbows and bring your hands up to your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body.
  3. Clasp your hands together behind your back, with your palms facing inward.
  4. Gently pull your hands away from your back, keeping your elbows bent and your shoulders relaxed.
  5. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
  6. Release the stretch and repeat on the other side.
