Slopes Towards Stretch Instructions

  1. Stand or sit tall with shoulders relaxed.
  2. Drop your head forward and tilt it gently toward one shoulder.
  3. Place the same-side hand on top of your head.
  4. Apply light pressure to deepen the stretch.
  5. Keep the opposite shoulder pulled down.
  6. Hold the position and breathe deeply.
  7. Release slowly and return to neutral.
  8. Switch sides and repeat.
