Description

Equipment Required
Slopes Towards Stretch Instructions
- Stand or sit tall with shoulders relaxed.
- Drop your head forward and tilt it gently toward one shoulder.
- Place the same-side hand on top of your head.
- Apply light pressure to deepen the stretch.
- Keep the opposite shoulder pulled down.
- Hold the position and breathe deeply.
- Release slowly and return to neutral.
- Switch sides and repeat.
