Kneeling Chest Stretch
Description
The kneeling chest stretch is a deep chest-opening stretch performed from a kneeling position. With arms extended behind you or placed on an elevated surface, you lean forward to stretch the pectoralis major and anterior deltoid. The kneeling position provides a stable base for a deeper stretch than standing variations.
