Lying Simultaneous Alternating Straight Leg Raise Instructions

  1. Lie on the back with the legs extended.
  2. Place the arms at the sides palms down.
  3. Brace the core and press the lower back into the floor.
  4. Lift one leg up toward vertical.
  5. Simultaneously lower the other leg toward the floor.
  6. Switch the leg positions in a continuous motion.
  7. Keep the legs straight throughout.
  8. Continue the alternating raises for the working set.
