Description
The wheel rollout with wall support uses a wall as a stopping point. The wall caps the range of motion so the lifter can build up to a full ab rollout safely.
Equipment Required
Wheel Rollout with Wall Support Instructions
- Kneel on the floor a few feet from a wall.
- Hold the ab wheel with both hands in front of you.
- Brace the core and squeeze the glutes.
- Roll the wheel forward keeping the arms straight.
- Continue rolling until the wheel reaches the wall.
- Hold the bottom position briefly with the body extended.
- Use the abs to pull the wheel back to the start.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
