Wheel Rollout with Wall Support Instructions

  1. Kneel on the floor a few feet from a wall.
  2. Hold the ab wheel with both hands in front of you.
  3. Brace the core and squeeze the glutes.
  4. Roll the wheel forward keeping the arms straight.
  5. Continue rolling until the wheel reaches the wall.
  6. Hold the bottom position briefly with the body extended.
  7. Use the abs to pull the wheel back to the start.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
