Elbow to Knee Twists Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder width apart and hands behind your head.
  2. Keep the elbows wide and the core braced.
  3. Lift your right knee toward your chest while twisting your torso left.
  4. Bring your left elbow down to meet the right knee.
  5. Return to the standing start with control.
  6. Repeat on the opposite side, bringing the right elbow to the left knee.
  7. Stay light on your feet and keep a steady rhythm.
  8. Continue alternating sides for the desired duration.
