- Attach a low cable to a belt at your waist or hold a handle in one hand.
- Stand on one foot facing away from the cable.
- Position the working foot on a small block with the heel hanging off.
- Lift the other foot off the floor.
- Hold a wall or rack for balance.
- Brace your core and keep the standing leg slightly bent.
- Press up onto your toes by lifting your heel high.
- Lower slowly to a deep stretch. Complete reps on one side before switching.
