  1. Attach a low cable to a belt at your waist or hold a handle in one hand.
  2. Stand on one foot facing away from the cable.
  3. Position the working foot on a small block with the heel hanging off.
  4. Lift the other foot off the floor.
  5. Hold a wall or rack for balance.
  6. Brace your core and keep the standing leg slightly bent.
  7. Press up onto your toes by lifting your heel high.
  8. Lower slowly to a deep stretch. Complete reps on one side before switching.
