Description

The bottle weighted alternate front raise uses two filled water bottles as makeshift weights to perform alternating front raises. The lifter raises one bottle in front to shoulder height, lowers, then raises the other. It is a strong shoulder builder for home workouts.

Bottle Alt Front Raise Instructions

  1. Hold a filled water bottle in each hand at the sides.
  2. Stand with the feet hip width apart.
  3. Brace your core and keep the back straight.
  4. Raise one bottle straight in front to shoulder height.
  5. Keep the arm slightly bent and the wrist neutral.
  6. Lower the bottle with control to the side.
  7. Repeat with the opposite arm in alternating fashion.
  8. Continue alternating until done.
