Lever Overhand Triceps Dip
Description
The lever overhand triceps dip is performed on a dip machine with an overhand grip on the handles. The fixed path of the lever machine eliminates stabilization demands and lets you focus on triceps isolation. The overhand grip places maximum emphasis on the triceps with minimal chest involvement.
