Suspender Triceps Dip

Suspender Triceps Dip

Description

The suspender triceps dip uses suspension straps for an upright dip with the body kept vertical. With the body upright and elbows tucked in tight, the dip pattern emphasizes the triceps more than the chest. The unstable straps add stability work to the standard dip.
