  1. Set the suspension trainer to elbow height.
  2. Grip the handles with palms facing inward.
  3. Keep the torso upright throughout.
  4. Step the feet forward for assistance.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  6. Lower the body by bending the elbows.
  7. Keep the elbows tight to the sides.
  8. Press back up to lockout by extending the triceps.
