Description
The suspender self assisted triceps dip is a TRX dip variation with an upright torso to bias the triceps. The lifter dips between the handles with feet on the floor for assistance. It is a useful tricep builder.

- Set the suspension trainer to elbow height.
- Grip the handles with palms facing inward.
- Keep the torso upright throughout.
- Step the feet forward for assistance.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Lower the body by bending the elbows.
- Keep the elbows tight to the sides.
- Press back up to lockout by extending the triceps.
