Bottle Weighted Front Raise

Bottle Weighted Front Raise

Description

The bottle weighted front raise uses water jugs or weighted bottles in each hand to perform a standing front raise. The arms lift up in front to shoulder height to load the front deltoids. It is a great at-home delt builder when dumbbells are unavailable.
