Description
The bottle weighted front raise uses water jugs or weighted bottles in each hand to perform a standing front raise. The arms lift up in front to shoulder height to load the front deltoids. It is a great at-home delt builder when dumbbells are unavailable.

Bottle Weighted Front Raise Instructions
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, holding a weighted bottle in each hand.
- Let the bottles hang in front of your thighs with palms facing back.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Raise the bottles up in front of you with arms long.
- Stop when the arms reach shoulder height.
- Pause briefly and squeeze the front delts.
- Lower the bottles back down with control.
- Keep the elbows nearly straight throughout.
