Description
The ez bar incline front raise is performed lying face-up on an incline bench. An EZ bar is held below shoulder level and raised straight up in front. The bench support eliminates body swing and the angled grip on the EZ bar reduces wrist strain. It builds the front delts with strict form.

EZ Bar Incline Front Raise Instructions
- Set an incline bench to about 45 degrees.
- Lie face up on the bench with feet flat on the floor.
- Hold an EZ curl bar at the angled grips with palms down.
- Brace your core and keep your back against the bench.
- Start with the bar resting on your thighs.
- Raise the bar straight up and forward in front of you.
- Lift until the bar is at about shoulder height.
- Lower the bar slowly back to the start.
