  1. Sit or stand tall with the chest open.
  2. Place one hand against the side of the head above the ear.
  3. Brace your core and keep the spine tall.
  4. Push the hand into the head firmly.
  5. Resist the push with the neck so the head stays still.
  6. Hold the isometric contraction with steady breath.
  7. Release the press slowly.
  8. Switch sides and repeat.
