  1. Kneel on the floor and sit your hips back onto your heels.

  3. Sit up tall through the spine.
  4. Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing the ear toward the shoulder.
  5. Avoid forcing the stretch or shrugging the shoulder.
  6. Hold for a comfortable duration.
  7. Return to center and tilt to the other side.
  8. Continue alternating sides.
