Roll Ball Upper Trapezius Release Instructions

  1. Stand with the back to a wall.
  2. Place a massage ball between the upper trap and the wall.
  3. Brace the core and keep the body tall.
  4. Press into the ball with controlled pressure.
  5. Tip the head gently away from the ball to deepen pressure.
  6. Roll slowly across the trap area.
  7. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
