Front and Back Neck Stretch Instructions

  1. Stand or sit tall with the chest up and shoulders relaxed.
  2. Brace the core and keep the spine neutral.
  3. Slowly tuck the chin and lower the head toward the chest.
  4. Hold the front stretch briefly and breathe steadily.
  5. Slowly lift the chin and tilt the head back to look up.
  6. Hold the back stretch briefly without overextending.
  7. Return the head to a neutral position.
  8. Continue alternating front and back stretches for the full set.
