Neck Circle Stretch
Description
The neck circle stretch is a gentle mobility drill where you slowly rotate your head in full circles to mobilize the cervical spine and stretch the neck muscles in all directions. It is one of the simplest neck mobility exercises and useful for relieving stiffness from sitting or screen time.

Neck Circle Stretch Instructions
- Sit or stand tall with shoulders pulled back and down.
- Slowly drop your chin toward your chest.
- Begin to slowly roll your head in a clockwise circle: chin to right shoulder, then back of head behind, then to left shoulder, and back to chin down.
- Make the circle as large and slow as comfortable. Each circle should take 5 to 8 seconds.
- Complete 3 to 5 circles in the clockwise direction.
- Reverse and complete 3 to 5 circles counter-clockwise.
- Stop immediately if you feel any pinching or sharp pain.
- Move slowly throughout. Never force the rotation.
