- Sit or stand tall with the spine neutral.
- Place both hands on the back of your head.
- Brace your core and keep the chin slightly tucked.
- Push the back of the head back into the hands.
- Resist the push with the hands at the same intensity.
- Hold the static contraction without movement.
- Breathe normally throughout the hold.
- Release the press slowly.
