Weighted Side Lying Side Neck Raise Instructions
- Lie on one side on a bench or floor.
- Place a small weight plate on the temple of the upper side of the head.
- Hold the plate in place with the top hand.
- Brace the core and keep the body relaxed.
- Lower the head toward the floor.
- Lift the head laterally toward the ceiling.
- Squeeze the side neck muscles at the top.
- Lower with control and continue for all reps then switch.
