  1. Lie face up on a flat bench with the head off the end.
  2. Place a folded towel and a light weight plate on the forehead.
  3. Hold the weight in place with the hands.
  4. Brace the core and keep the shoulders pinned.
  5. Slowly rotate the head to one side under the weight.
  6. Pause briefly and rotate to the other side.
  7. Keep the motion smooth and controlled throughout.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
