Neck Stretch with Hand Assisted Instructions

  1. Sit or stand tall with the shoulders relaxed.
  2. Place one hand on the opposite side of the head.
  3. Let the other arm hang at your side.
  4. Gently pull the head sideways toward the shoulder.
  5. Stop when you feel a stretch on the side of the neck.
  6. Keep the shoulders down and avoid shrugging.
  7. Hold the stretch for the desired duration.
  8. Release and repeat on the other side.
