Description
The seated neck side stretch is a basic seated neck mobility stretch. The lifter sits tall and tilts the head to one side, using the same side hand to gently pull the head deeper. It stretches the upper trap and side of the neck.

Seated Neck Side Stretch Instructions
- Sit tall on a chair or bench.
- Brace your core and keep the chest open.
- Drop one shoulder down and away from the head.
- Tilt the head to the opposite side toward the shoulder.
- Place the same side hand gently on the head.
- Apply light pressure to deepen the stretch.
- Hold the stretch with steady breath.
- Release. Switch sides and repeat.
