Roll Ball Trapezius Upper Instructions

  1. Stand with the back to a wall.
  2. Place a massage ball between the upper trap and the wall.
  3. Brace the core and keep the body tall.
  4. Press into the ball with controlled pressure.
  5. Roll the upper trap slowly across the ball.
  6. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  7. Tip the head gently to deepen the release.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
