Description
The roll ball trapezius upper is a self myofascial release drill for the upper trap. Pressing a ball into the upper trap at the top of the shoulder releases tightness from desk work and stress.
Equipment Required
Roll Ball Trapezius Upper Instructions
- Stand with the back to a wall.
- Place a massage ball between the upper trap and the wall.
- Brace the core and keep the body tall.
- Press into the ball with controlled pressure.
- Roll the upper trap slowly across the ball.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Tip the head gently to deepen the release.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
