Roll Ball Scapula Levator Instructions

  1. Stand with the back to a wall.
  2. Place a massage ball between the upper inner shoulder blade and the wall.
  3. Brace the core and keep the body tall.
  4. Press into the ball with controlled pressure.
  5. Roll slowly across the levator area.
  6. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  7. Tip the head gently to find the muscle.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
