Pvc Good Morning Instructions

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Place a PVC pipe or broomstick across your upper traps (like a back squat).
  2. Grip the pipe with both hands. Stand tall. Brace your core.
  3. Push your hips straight back while keeping your back flat.
  4. Bend your knees slightly. Your torso should hinge forward until it is roughly parallel to the floor.
  5. Feel the stretch through your hamstrings.
  6. Drive your hips forward to stand back up. Squeeze your glutes at the top.
  7. Maintain a flat back throughout — if your back rounds, the hinge is too deep.
  8. Repeat for 10 to 15 reps as a warm-up or movement drill.
