Pvc Good Morning Instructions

  1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a PVC pipe with both hands, palms facing down.
  2. Bring the PVC pipe up to your shoulders, keeping your elbows bent and close to your body.
  3. Slowly hinge forward at your hips, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
  4. Lower the PVC pipe towards the ground, keeping your arms straight and your elbows locked.
  5. Pause when you feel a stretch in your hamstrings and glutes, then slowly return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
