- Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a PVC pipe with both hands, palms facing down.
- Bring the PVC pipe up to your shoulders, keeping your elbows bent and close to your body.
- Slowly hinge forward at your hips, keeping your back straight and your core engaged.
- Lower the PVC pipe towards the ground, keeping your arms straight and your elbows locked.
- Pause when you feel a stretch in your hamstrings and glutes, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
