Description
The lever seated one leg calf raise is a unilateral seated calf raise on a seated calf machine. The lifter sits with one foot on the foot pad while the other rests on the floor, then performs the calf raise. The bent knee position isolates the soleus.

- Sit on a seated calf raise machine.
- Set one foot on the foot pad with the heel hanging below.
- Place the other foot flat on the floor.
- Set the thigh pad on top of the working knee.
- Brace your core and unrack the load.
- Let the heel drop below the foot pad to stretch.
- Rise onto the ball of the foot squeezing the calf.
- Lower with control. Complete reps and switch legs.
