Dumbbell Lying One Arm Supinated Triceps Extension Instructions

  1. Lie on a flat bench holding a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Press the dumbbell up over the chest with palm facing up.
  3. Set the upper arm vertical pointing at the ceiling.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  5. Lower the dumbbell across to the opposite side shoulder.
  6. Stop just before the dumbbell touches the shoulder.
  7. Press back up to lockout extending the elbow.
  8. Squeeze the tricep at the top. Switch sides.
