Staggered Leg Side Bridge Instructions

  1. Lie on the side with the bottom forearm on the floor.
  2. Stack the bottom leg straight under the body.
  3. Place the top foot in front of the bottom foot on the floor.
  4. Brace your core and keep the body straight.
  5. Lift the hips up off the floor into a side plank.
  6. Squeeze the obliques and glutes hard.
  7. Hold the position for the working set.
  8. Finish then switch sides.
