Smith Decline Reverse Grip Press Instructions

  1. Set a decline bench inside a smith machine.
  2. Lie back with the bar over your lower chest.
  3. Grip the bar with an underhand (palms-up) grip at shoulder width.
  4. Unrack the bar and brace your core.
  5. Lower the bar to your lower chest with control.
  6. Keep your elbows tucked toward your sides.
  7. Press the bar back up to the start.
  8. Lock out at the top before the next rep.
