Description
The resistance band foot external rotation is an ankle strengthening drill done with a resistance band. The mover sits with the band anchored to the foot and rotates the foot outward. It builds the peroneals and ankle stability.

Band Foot Ext Rotation Instructions
- Sit on the floor with the legs extended.
- Anchor a resistance band to the inside of the working foot.
- Loop the band around the ball of the foot.
- Brace your core and keep the back straight.
- Rotate the foot outward against the band tension.
- Hold briefly at the rotated position.
- Return with control to the start.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
