  2. Loop a resistance band around the knees.
  3. Sit tall with the chest up and back straight.
  4. Brace your core and keep the feet planted.
  5. Press the knees outward against the band.
  6. Squeeze the glutes hard at the wide position.
  7. Hold for a beat at the top.
  8. Return with control to the start.
