Band Lying Hip Ext Rotation Instructions

  1. Loop a resistance band around the knees.
  2. Lie on one side with the knees bent at ninety degrees.
  3. Stack the hips and shoulders.
  4. Brace your core and keep the feet together.
  5. Rotate the top knee away from the bottom knee.
  6. Open the knees against the band tension.
  7. Squeeze the glute hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
